Building Momentum

For more than 30 years I’ve helped senior executives throughout Europe, Asia and the US take focused, high-leverage, pragmatic action to build innovative agile organisations.

One of many advantages of seeing things this way is that it inherently encourages low-risk, high-leverage, pragmatic action. You can get started and move forward at your own pace. But it's highly likely that you'll also encounter unanticipated obstacles, blocks and barriers as you move forward. It's therefore often useful to get some 'grey haired' help from someone who's 'been there and done that' before.

Some of my clients need very little support once they've got themselves started. The occasional phone call, webinar or meeting is enough to keep things moving at a pace that suits them.

Others want more frequent input - maybe a 1-2 day working session every 1-3 months to review progress, address arising challenges, and provide coaching support to the sponsoring senior executive(s) and/or Key Instigators to help renew, refocus and regenerate momentum.

Finally, there are those who prefer more comprehensive support - maybe 1-3 days per week for 3-9 months to maximise momentum.

I provide advice, coaching and support in a variety of ways, including:

  • Guiding the decoding of the hidden logic driving the existing organisational culture
  • Enrolling and coaching senior executives and other Key Influencers
  • Reviewing and accelerating progress, including with overcoming the Five Fatal Habits**
  • Coaching, guiding and supporting the development of Key Instigators*
  • Identifying high-leverage opportunities that might otherwise be missed
  • Catching emerging problems and nipping them in the bud
  • Co-creating high-leverage interventions to shift Key Influencer mindsets
  • Engaging directly with specific Key Influencers to help shift their mindsets

To explore the above further, please get in touch via the Contact page. There won't be any surprise invoices, sales calls, emails or pressure to hire me – just a chance to connect, explore your challenges and look at possible ways forward.

* Key Instigators are internal change agents who already possess or are naturally inclined towards '2D3D' innovative mindsets. They act as internal catalysts for the adoption of innovative mindsets and as principal agents in decoding the hidden logic of the system of mindsets forming and informing people's awareness of 'the way we do things round here'.
